★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience is good if you are looking for cave antique traditional Kapadokya architecture. The inside is not too big so if you came in a couple of groups, im not sure it will be fit. I ordered Kuru Fasulye, Tandır meat, and butter rice (pilav). They gave 3 extra small side dish (pickle). Kuru Fasulye is beans cooked in tomato sauce. They cooked it good but too much sweet for my preference, i prefer salty for this meal. On the other hand, Tandır was so delicious. It wasn't too oily or heavy. The staff was nice, price were affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was extremely fresh and delicious, actually that's even an understatement! The hospitality from the owner, Metin, was phenomenal! Prices were very very cheap. He deserves a medal for the mouth watering food he produced. My Italian fiance (who's fussy with food) said it was one of the best chicken dishes he's ever tasted! 10/10
