★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanların çoğu part time çalışan öğrenciler ve size ellerinden geldiği kadar yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Menüde pek çok çeşit var ancak gittiğim son 3 seferde istediğim ürünleri bulamadım, ayrıca uzun zamandır da krem şantileri bulunmuyor. Verilen hizmete göre pahalı sayılabilecek bir işletme maalesef.
Most of the staff are part time students and they try to help you as much as they can. There are many varieties on the menu, but I couldn't find the products I wanted in the last 3 times I went, and there has been no whipped cream for a long time. Unfortunately, it's an expensive business for the service provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle sunum kötüydü. Bardakların ikisi çatlak geldi birisi akıtmış kahveyi. Değiştirmek için adeta sorguya çektiler. Üstelik ikinci gelen de çatlaktı. Zaten kahveleri de ayrı bir kötüydü. Umarım aynısını başka müşterilere yapmazlar.
First of all, the presentation was bad. Two of the glasses came cracked, someone spilled the coffee. They almost interrogated me to change it. Moreover, the second one was cracked. Their coffee was also bad. I hope they don't do the same to other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kanal manzaralı, ürünlerin kalitesini orta buldum. Arka arkaya iki gün aynı ürünü almama rağmen ikisi çok farklı geldi. Ellerinde yeterli malzeme bulunmadığı zaman eksik malzemeyle ürünü hazırlayıp satıyorlar.
I found the quality of the products to be medium with a view of the canal. Even though I bought the same product two days in a row, the two were very different. When they do not have enough materials, they prepare and sell the product with the missing material.

Fakat burda søyle bi problem var, her geldimizde menuden istedigimiz hic bisey yoktu, søyle bisey var menu, katalog kadar, ama servis edebilecekleri sadece waffle, dondurma veya kahve oluyor. Bu konuya seflerin bi el atmasi gerek. Her defasinda hayal kirikligina ugrayip, hevesimis gidiyo, bir daha asla gelinmiyecek bi mekan?
