★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hastalara bilgi verme ve düzenli dr vizitleri konusunda yetersiz. Hastalar kendini gayb aleminde hissediyor. Covid dolayısıyla telefonla bilgi almak için aradiginizda da bi muhatap bulmak imkansız. Operatör e bağlan baglanabilirsen.

01.09.2020 saat 00:00 da annemi hastanemiz olan bayram halil devlet hastanesine götürdüm doktor rötgen isteyince hemen rötgen bölümüne geldim annem tekerlekli sandalyede yürüyemez şekilde rahatsız daha içeri girmeden rötgen bölümünde çalışan şahıs bana hitaben köpekmişim gibi çık dışarı çık diye söylenmeye başladı bir hasta yakını ile konuşma biçimi bumudur. Biz burda hastene personeli ile mi muhattap oluyoruz külhan bayiyle mi ? Üstüne üstlük bütün hastaneyi ayaga kaldırıyor söylenmeye devam ediyor hasta bir dert yakını bir dert bu nasıl üslüptür böyle bir küstahlık görmedim 30 yıldır hastanelere gider gelirim sizden gereğini yapılmasını rica ederim.
