Çalışanların ve kursiyelerin ciddiye alarak devamlılığı esas alması gerekiyor. Bir koyvermişlik söz konusu. Disiplin, nitelik önemli. Kurs yelpazesi genişletilebilir. ( Belediye bünyesinde tiyatro ve konservatuar olmaması büyük bir eksiklik. Ayrı bir başlık ama belirtmeden geçemedim.)
It is one of the promising and beautiful projects where the municipality organizes free courses for adults and children. Employees and trainees must take continuity seriously. There is a let go. Discipline and quality are important. The range of courses can be expanded. (It is a big deficiency that there is no theater and conservatory within the municipality. It is a separate title, but I could not pass without mentioning it.)
