★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sıfır yıldız olsa sıfır verirdim. Ama yok. İkinci el bir klima almaya karar verdim 6 ay garanti veriyoruz söylemiyle Erkan Beyi buldum. Montaj için geldiklerinde yeterli uzunlukta boru getirmemişiz birkaç gün sonra tekrar gelelim deyip giderken 200 lira talep ettiler. Toplam ücretten düşecek şekilde. Verdik. Daha sonra montaj için geldiklerinde klimanın dış ünitesini 2. Kattan aşağı düşürdüler. Doğal olarak o haliyle taktırmadım paramı da talep ettiğimde türlü türlü bahaneler ile geçiştirildim. Halen kendisine attığım mesajlara cevap da vermiyor. Hukuki yollarla alabilirsem alacağım alamazsam da şimdiden zehir zıkkım olsun haram ediyorum 200 lirasında da değilim böyle bir muamele ile karşı karşıya kalmak çok sinir bozucu tüm bunlara rağmen inanın beyefendiliğimi hiç bozmadım böyle bir esnaflık yok. Benden kaynaklı bir problem olsa zaten helal eder lafı bile edilmezdi. Ancak hata kendilerinden kaynaklı ve buna rağmen sanki ben yokmuşum gibi davranmaları gerçekten ayıp. İş yaparken birkaç kez düşünün.

When they came for the assembly, we didn't bring enough length of pipe, they said we'll come back a few days later and they demanded 200 liras on their way. deducted from the total fee. We gave. Later, when they came for installation, they dropped the outdoor unit of the air conditioner from the 2nd floor. Naturally, I didn't let it go as it was, and when I demanded my money, I was dismissed with all kinds of excuses. He is still not responding to the messages I sent him. If I can get it legally, I will get it, but if I can't, I'm already forbidden, I'm not even worth 200 liras. It's very frustrating to be treated like this. Believe me, I have never broken my gentlemanly business. There is no such tradesman. If there was a problem caused by me, the word halal wouldn't even have been said. However, the fault is theirs, and yet it is a shame that they act as if I don't exist. Think twice before doing business.
