The service is a complete disaster, they couldn't come from 5 km road for 3 days in a small town. They got us into trouble in this cold weather.

The staff were very meticulous and polite. I live in Kırıkhada I came to the day to look for two air conditioners. Good work.

servis kompresör arızalı dedi 3 ay parça bekledik mars tan geldi sanırım değiştirdiler sonunda 2 ay düzgün çalıştı şimdi yine ugultu başladı
I bought 2 pieces, I don't have any problems with the 18, I am satisfied, but the 12 has hum.
The service said the compressor was faulty. We waited for 3 months for parts, it came from mars I think they changed it, finally it worked fine for 2 months, now it started humming again
