However, it is expensive to compare it with other places in gaziantep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building belonged to one of the prominent families of Gaziantep who wanted it to be used as a museum showing the cultural life of Gaziantep since the beginning of the Republic of Turkey (1923). It used to be one of the most progressive cities in Anatolia and you can see little sections on various cultural aspects of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The museum is not adapted for international travellers. All writings are in Turkish with no translation provided. I will have to come back there after learning Turkish to be able to read all about the history of Gaziantep.
The museum is basically just big stands with pictures and a lot of writing (only in Turkish), not much of artifacts.
The building is very beautiful from the outside though.
