Does not match the star rating. The bed was not changed for 10 nights. Towels 2 times. The fridge doesn't work. The food is delicious. Employees at reuepshina are not qualified. Sun beds on the beach should be occupied 6-7 in the morning. From the airport to the hotel 4 hours by bus. I do not advise everyone !!!

The hotel is not 4 stars at all, not even 3. The hotel does not clean the corridors, the rooms are cleaned only superficially. The food is awful. Not tasty and the choice is very small. The staff is rude. The only good thing about this hotel is the close location to the center and the beach.

Resting here now. Lucky with the number. The condo is new, the furniture is new, the bed is comfortable, the room is large. But this is not the case for everyone. Everything suits me. Food, hotel, location. I do not understand other people, for 50 tr you want, like in 5k? And there are no cockroaches, as many write, these are not the same cockroaches that are household, these are street, basements. I saw them on the street at night. People, do not be cool, since we went to the cheap! And respect the work of people, they work from morning till night for your benefit!

The staff barely understands 2 languages, the air conditioning in the next room works like a helicopter, the food for breakfast is disgusting, for lunch and dinner it is tolerable, but also not very good, drinks finally don't understand that I didn't drink any worse coffee, I don't recommend this hotel. and the guys impose meat and fish, the amount depends on their mood, you have to tell them like add it unpleasant. For my money, I have to ask for food. I do not advise .

To begin with, we bought a tour to this hotel, and already read the reviews, but because they were different from "very bad" to "quite normal, you can live." The first thing that bribed us was the LOCATION, the sea 3 minutes, the center 5 minutes. About the hotel, we arrived at the hotel late (they knew they themselves took such flights, because the price was lower). They settled in a building next to it (no where is the reception), the new room worked cleanly, there was no refrigerator, the saddest view (we generally don't care about the furniture and what curtains are there ?, we came to the sea, not to the furniture) end-to-end in another window and a small balcony. They went down and asked to change (they knew that they needed to cook $ 20) they immediately announced that they were ready ?, but there were no rooms, maybe it was, or maybe there were simply no cleaned rooms. They told us to come the next day at lunchtime, we drank a glass of beer (not a delight, but you can drink, with nuts so generally ok) And went for a walk, very close to the center, bought excursions on the corner (excellent guides). On the trail. day we moved right in the morning to a great room 5016 (wake up there ask him) the martyr looked in front of him 3 numbers, but this kind was nowhere to be found. Attaching photo. The room was clean, 2 beds, a wardrobe, an old working air conditioner (but freezing like Santa Claus), a REFRIGERATOR (slightly chills, but that's enough). Clean, shampoo, gel, hairdryer working, everything worked in our room, it seemed like the lamp did not hold, but we did not touch it and it burned, so everything was ok. FOOD, this is a trio of gentlemen)) meat in Turkey is like an airplane, they don't eat pigs here, and there's a problem with cows. BREAKFAST: cereals, milk, vegetables, jams, preserves, boiled eggs, some kind of sausages, oranges, apples, herbs, yoghurts (local), cheeses, ordinary white bread, coffee, juices (upi). LUNCH: fresh vegetables, stews, soy meat, a set of salads with mayonnaise (I don’t know, I don’t eat what it tastes like). DINNER: everything is the same principle, there are more mb desserts. We were 2 times for breakfast and 2 times for dinner, 1 time we dined wine not ice, beer, as I wrote, you can drink. Regarding the suffering of many people that there are no buns, nearby migros buns can be bought for 18-32 r for our day and no longer suffer: D. SEA: we did not go to Cleopatra, went to the madren beach, 2 sun loungers and an umbrella 30 lire, bargaining, entering pebbles and further stones, but we swam at the depth of our norms. We took a scooter on the last day, rode to the fortress, and the next day to Cleopatra, (for those who are going with children, see hotels there, preferably near the beach number 1), the sand is blue, we also went to the fish market (I advise, because in the hotel in any you will not eat such a fish anywhere)). We also took an excursion to the canyon in Alanya, too, everything is fine there on the corner. In general, only positive emotions from the rest, the only depressing thing was that our compatriots are sad and dissatisfied sitting in the hotel, at dinner, at breakfast, and constant abuse at the reception, perhaps you need to calmly take the shortcomings of this hotel and ask for more friendly staff and that's it will be good))) and smile more. P. S. The cleaning was done once, we asked for it and immediately cleaned it up, we didn’t have much rubbish and wiped the floor ourselves. in the bathroom from the sand and it was clean, perhaps more often you can ask and you will be happy)))

Normal hotel. Were in July 2021, just opened. The staff is friendly, everyone will always prompt and help. Hotel 3 *, the rooms are not great, but recently renovated, cleaned by a C, in general it will go. The only huge minus of the rooms is dirty old air conditioners, they make a lot of noise and are scary to turn on. Bed and towels are clean, changed on request. The food is quite normal, there is enough of everything, they did not go hungry, there were always melons and / or watermelons, the only negative is that the coffee is not tasty. The bar has beer and wine (red / white). The location of the hotel is just super, very center, everything is nearby, Migros is in the next building. In fact, they only slept at the hotel, had breakfast and dinner, had lunch a couple of times, everything was fine.

Were on September 6-13. Living conditions are normal, the furniture is new, only one lamp near the bed did not work. The air conditioner is good, new, there is no refrigerator. There were 2 bars of soap. There was no shampoo or gel. We settled in quickly, fed with soup. Asked for a room with a sea view, demanded $ 20. They didn’t take it, and it’s good. They said conditions are worse there. And to the sea 3-5 !!!! minutes. This is the biggest plus of the hotel. The food is edible, but there is no meat. A couple of times chicken, fish, offal. No frills at all. Coffee from a coffee machine with powdered milk, upi. The pool water is colder than the sea. The hotel will be demolished, it is living out its last season. I liked the hamam and massage at Marina. This is a super masseur. There are no sun loungers and umbrellas on the sea from the hotel, and it is very expensive to buy, 50 liras. The bar only has sour wine and beer. We took a review from TUI, we liked it. Only selling goods at sky-high prices is enough. Of course, Alanya is very beautiful. Well worth the trip. But do not rush to shopping, make a fool out of the blue. Mulberry wine is delicious. In general, we would not go to this hotel anymore. There is no cleaning anywhere, I have never seen anything like this. Dirt and layers of dust are everywhere. Choose wisely))))
