★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ceylan avm de bulunan BATURAY TURİZME 15/04/2017 tarihinde rezervasyon bilet iadeleri ile ilgili bilgi almak için gittim. orda çalışan ve firma sahibi olduğunu söyleyen Dicle isimli bayan oldukça agresif davrandı. üslubu çok berbat olan bu bayan hem bilgisiz hem de çok kabaydı. Türk hava yollarının telefonunu dahi vermekten aciz bu kadın orda bu firmayı nasıl temsil ediyor anlayamıyorum. ivedilikle insan ilişkileri konusunda ders alması gerekiyor.
I went to BATURAY TOURISM on 15/04/2017 to get information about the refund tickets. The lady named Dicle, who worked there and said she was the owner, was very aggressive. This lady, whose style was so awful, was both ignorant and very rude. I cannot understand how this woman represents this company there, even unable to give the phone of Turkish Airlines. He needs to take lessons on human relations immediately.

Ama bu önyargım Baturay Turizm in sunduğu hizmet kalitesi ve fazlasıyla güler yüzlü hizmetiyle yıkıldı. Saat 22.45 de bile arayarak hizmet aldım ve bana yardımları için çok teşekkür ederim. Iş hayatında başarılar dilerim. Ve her platform da olumlu reklamını yapacağının bilinmesini isterim. İşyeri sahibi Serdar bey ve çalışanlarına selamlar.
Baturay Tourism. Really more than the agency. I always thought of the comments about the businesses. I used to think that this kind of positive message was written or printed by the company itself. But this prejudice was destroyed by the quality of service offered by Baturay Tourism and with very friendly service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tura katıldık fiyat uygundu ancak her turda olduğu gibi ekstaralar oluyor. Yalnız gezilecek diye belirtilen yarlerden bazıları ekstra kabul edildi ve ayrıca ücret alındı. Seçilen yerler isabetliydi. Genelde en güzel yerler seçilmişti. Oteller ücrete göre uygundu. Genelde joly ya da ets ile ortak oteller kullanıldı. Otobüsü güzeldi. Ancak şoförun valiz istediğimiz zaman kıziyirdu. Tür yetkilisi iletişim konusunda zayıf ve yetersizdi. Yalnız oluşan aksaklıkları hallediyorlardi. Tur rehberimiz tolga beydi. Turda en ilgili ve en kibar kişiydi diyebilirim. Biraz enerji gerektiriyor bende fazlasıyla var diyorsanız katılabilirsiniz arkadaşlar.
We attended the tour, but the price was appropriate as every round is going to be extra. Some of the attractions she was going to visit alone were considered extra and also charged.
