Battalgazi Municipality New Service Building & A Unique Artifact Battalgazi Municipality New Service Building has been designed as a green building on an area of ​​32,844 m², registered on 32.844 m² of land, in Uçbağlar District, Island 3995, Plot 10. The residential area of ​​our building is 7.240 m², and 3.373 m² of this area is covered parking. Our closed car park with a capacity of 182 vehicles has been designed in such a way that it can also be used as a shelter in extraordinary situations. The total construction area is 24,488 m² and the building consists of B+Z+4 floors. In the basement of the building, apart from the parking lots, there are technical centers, warehouses, shelters, personnel changing rooms, prayer rooms and fixtures warehouses. Battalgazi Municipality New Service Building is planned as the starting point of the Green Belt project from the north, due to its location in our plan. The first green area of ​​the Green Belt Park, which is planned to be approximately 200 acres, is planned as an area where our citizens can relax, come and spend time on weekends, as well as receiving only current services from the municipality, with the recreation area we will create in front of the municipality service building. Battalgazi Municipality, which currently provides service in eight separate buildings, will gather all its units together when the New Service Building is completed, providing citizens with access to services from a single center, as well as preventing time and resource waste, and providing services effectively and quickly. In the 350-seat conference hall, different from the standard halls, there is a simultaneous interpretation system. With this system, the information conveyed by the speaker can be transferred to the audience by being translated into different languages. On the regular floors of our building, there are the rooms of the Vice Presidents and their affiliated unit directorates, service offices, floor archives and meeting rooms. On the 4th floor, in addition to other units, there is the President's Office, a training hall with a capacity of 70 people and a social activity hall. All kinds of arrangements and planning have been made for the disabled people to access services. On the last floor of our building, there is a dining hall for 450 people, a kitchen, a cafeteria and air handling units. The heating and cooling system of our building has been designed to be controlled from a center. In the control center, the malfunction and operating status of the devices can be monitored. It is designed in such a way that in case of any malfunction, the location of the malfunction can be detected locally and intervened immediately. Our building has been designed in such a way as to provide complete energy saving, maximum use of daylight for the lighting of the building, In addition, all of the luminaires to be used for lighting are led and 80% energy saving is achieved. A Solar Energy Panel with a power of 200 KVA was installed for the Service Building. These Solar Panels are the first in Malatya Region in terms of being a solar energy panel installed on the roof in terms of capacity. The established solar energy system can produce 910 KWh per day, 27,300 KWh per month, and 327,600 KWh per year, with the calculation that Turkey receives 7 hours of sun per day on an annual average. The Solar Energy panel contributed to the evaluation of our country's domestic and renewable resources. Thanks to this amount of on-site generation to be realized at the consumption point, no energy will be taken from the grid, and there will be no energy loss in the transmission and distribution lines. Annually, approximately 327,600 kWh of energy will be produced without polluting the environment and approximately 840 tons of CO2 emissions will be prevented annually. There is an announcement system and a regional announcement system in the building.
