My cat Minnoş, who underwent a neutering operation at batikent animal hospital on 15.03.2022, recovered in a very short time, and I thank all the staff of the hospital for their devoted and caring physicians for their informative work towards the animal owners. Also, I would like to thank Ms. Ayşe for giving me my daughter Minnoş.

First of all, I won't hesitate to say that this clinic is completely a business, but that's not the main problem, by making a wrong diagnosis and taking 300 TL per injection, they already made the wounds from the previous injections worse, and also every time we go, the doctor changes and a new movie is tried to be made, stay away from here for the safety of our little friends.

A place that has been serving for a long time without sacrificing quality. I hope they continue like this.

There is something I don't understand, you have diagnosed the patient with an infection, kidney failure, and you used a phrase like 'failure' which is ridiculous and shows that he is someone who doesn't understand. Our dog couldn't take a step. Instead of laying him down, you gave a little serum and tried to lift him up saying he's coy.. You're full of money, shame. You offered oral antibiotic treatment to our vomiting person, you didn't look at CRP, there was no care, honesty in your job, I bought everything you said, you said let's see in two weeks, we lost our dog on the second day. Years ago, when you were a small clinic, you were sincere and caring, now you opened another branch with that money while deceiving people like us and making the world pay money, but you lost your humanity. We lost a valuable member of our family, maybe it will be hard, but I wonder how you will continue with your lost honor! You can be sure that we will tell everyone about you!!

I definitely do not recommend it, the building with the name of the hospital on its sign, which is a community of ignorant and uninterested people. It is a place of complete robbery because of the serum given by our dog, who got sick in 12 days, the needle blood test. They showed death and consented to malaria. We were even able to take pictures of their treatment and documents by force. Our dog got worse for 12 days. They applied the completely wrong treatment and our pup got worse. But I will not leave this here and I will seek all my legal rights and I will seek my rights from the so-called authorities to the end. They do not even give the phone number of the treating doctor, so indifferent, ignorant and so-called animal hospital on the robbery sign, let alone enter the building, do not even pass through the street.

I brought my cat-scratched budgie to this vet in 15 minutes. It was around 8:15 pm and I stated that he had lost a lot of blood. After the examination, they said that his wound was not deep, that he did not need stitches, that he was fine and that he would recover in a day or two, and they sold water and vitamins for antibiotic sterilization and sent them home. At 23 o'clock my bird died at home. If you don't understand, leave this job. I do not approve of the 150 liras you received. Maybe another vet would have saved his life, and he died because of you, so I'm not giving a damn.
