★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beko marka, b 9530 nmxk model buzdolabımın kapı contası yırtıldı. 13.09.2021 tarihinde bu contayı temin edebilmek için Beko'nun Ankara Yenimahalle Gersan sanayi sitesinde bulunan yetkili servise gittim. Yetkili servis bu contanın ellerinde bulunmadığını ve 1 hafta içinde gelebileceğini söyledi. Buzdolabının contası yırtıldığı için kapısı kapalı olarak durmuyor, bantlayarak kapıyı ancak kapalı tutabiliyorum. Bantın çıkması durumunda kapı açık kalacak ve bu sefer de buzdolabının motoru yanacak.1 hafta boyunca izola bant ile mi kapağını açıp kapayayım,çözüm öneriniz nedir?
The door gasket of my Beko brand, b 9530 nmxk model refrigerator was torn. On 13.09.2021, I went to Beko's authorized service in Ankara Yenimahalle Gersan industrial site to obtain this gasket. The authorized service said that they did not have this gasket and that it could arrive within 1 week. Since the gasket of the refrigerator is torn, the door does not stay closed, I can only keep the door closed by taping it. If the tape comes off, the door will remain open and the refrigerator's motor will burn this time. Should I open and close the lid with an insulating tape for 1 week, what is your solution suggestion?
