★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mahallemdeki marketten aldığım vakumlu kavurmanın(Başyazıcı) içerisine ne çekmişler bilemiyorum ama gerçekten çiğnedikçe gıcırtı sesi veren ve insanın midesini bulandıran bişeydi. Kavurmanın bazı etleri pişmemişti. Buraya yazmadan evvel kendilerini aradım sekreter hanımefendi 15 dakikaya yetkili dönecek dedi kaç 15 dakika geçti. Hakkımı helal etmiyorum. Birdahada tercih edermiyim. Asla!
I don't know what they put into the vacuum roaster (Master Yazici) that I bought from the market in my neighborhood, but it was something that gave a squeaky sound as they chewed it and made one feel nauseous. Some of the meat of the roast was uncooked. Before writing here, I called them, the secretary lady said that the official will be back in 15 minutes, how many 15 minutes have passed. I'm not justifying myself. Would I prefer it again? Never!
