Oturma grubumdan 1 buçuk ayda gıcırdama sesleri gelmeye başladı. Gelip baktılar ama o ses yaydan ya da baska bişeyden degil süngerden denildi ve hicbirsey yapılmadi ki süngerle alakası yoktu konunun. Sorun süngerdeyse eğer ürünün değişmesi gerekirdi 1.5 ayda hiçbir ürün o hale gelemezdi çünkü. Çekyatlara her oturdugumda firmaya olan kızgınlığım artıyor. Sandalyeler ve baza da problemli çıktı.
Diyeceğim o ki imkanım olsa bir daha önünden bile geçmem Başoglu Mobilya.

Creaking sounds started to come from my seating group in 1 and a half months. They came and looked, but that sound was said to be from a sponge, not from the bow or anything else, and nothing was made that it had nothing to do with the sponge. If the problem was with the sponge, the product would have to be changed, because no product could become that in 1.5 months. My anger at the firm grows every time I sit on the sofa beds. Chairs and bed base were also problematic.
I will say that if I have the opportunity, I will never pass by Başoglu Mobilya.
