Halbuki aynı işyerine girerken kapida güvenlik görevlisi HES kodu giriş işlemi yaptırmıştı. Yanı negatif sonucuyla giriyor olmamıza ragmen yaşlı bir vatandaşı ayakta bekletiyoruz. Tedbirler birbiriyle çelişiyor. Zaten vatandaşa saygı hak getire.
