The concepts of education and training describe the efforts of societies to change positively over hundreds of years. societies that have overcome this struggle with scarce resources, the time when people were faced with uniform growing impasse. National security and war-like phenomena, often to consume a significant portion of the resources of the community, to deal with similar education and training has been separated less expensive sources. These tendencies have brought about cheap education and training, and therefore rote, uniform human rearing models. Especially after the industrial revolution found for slumping youngsters learning solutions in front of the school, it did not go beyond the cases brought by the Fordist mass production concept. Yet human is not a machine. Educating people as they produce machines does not meet the expectations of the information age. The main aim of education and training is to educate individuals with high knowledge processing skills that will carry the society to creative and productive dynamism. Our goals do not include dressing our students in uniform. We want to make them unique, creative and unique, as do their instructors and mentors. In order to achieve this goal, they differ in their individual characteristics and to develop teaching and invests on training methods, we are continuously developing these methods. We believe that this difference that we will provide in the upbringing of our students will create a wealth of knowledge and thought in the society. Carefully preserved and developed diversity creates enriched environments in every respect. Enriched environments, due to their diversity, stand out as the most important elements of the education and training process. Such environments provide suitable environments for the formation of differentiating, unusual and successful personalities. We see the university as the places where individuals who produce knowledge and who can carry their creative identity to the institutions they work with will grow. We know that the most difficult challenge in university education is to create environments for individuals to develop their unique skills and unusual characteristics. With this in mind the innate need of our students, both acquired qualifications that can improve their teaching skills, learning hardware, we are constantly striving to create and improve the environment.

Visually and in terms of location, it is in the most beautiful places of Ankara. I see it in a position to leave many universities behind academically.
