Özellikle işletme sahibi Tuncay Bey'in olumlu yaklaşımı, güleryüzü, sorunlarla birebir ilgilenmesi nedeniyle Kasko Firmasından kaynaklanan sorunları da unuttum. Bundan böyle kasko firmam değişse bile tercih edebileceğim bir işletme.
I went here because it was the contracted repairman of the Turkey Insurance company, for which I had a motor insurance done. Although I was not satisfied with my insurance company, I was satisfied with the service of Başkent Oto Servis. I forgot the problems arising from the Motor Insurance Company, especially because of the positive approach, smiling face and dealing with the problems one-to-one of Mr. Tuncay, the owner. From now on, even if my insurance company changes, it is a business that I can choose.
