Çalışanın değeri içerideki diyolog ortamından anlaşılıyor.
Geçici işçi yada günlük çalışma tercihtir onlar farklı ama personel alırken ayaküstü görüşmek daha başvuru formunda bile bana ciddi gelmedi.
10 yıl personel deneyimim var. Kimseye kızıp yazmadım. Tavsiye ihale alınır gider gelir o ayrı ama sizin adınız çıkarsa bunlar kalitesiz firma diye zorunlu bile olsa parxxx gibi kimse çalışmaya gelmez.
Insan kaynakları bel kemiğidir. Acil değişin.
