 2 queue going on rather than 4 staff is working and the worst is that the arrivals to check in after being a customer are not good at all. They don't call, they just move by SMS. If we were in Kayseri Kayserigaz is more careful and does not have customer victimization

Aldığınız abonelik ve kapora ücretlerine karşılık daha iyi hizmetin lafı olmamalı bence. Ekstra 1 yıldız sırf çalışanların yardımseverliği sayesinde bu arada.
If you try to serve many districts with fewer staff and more staff in a larger space instead of a tiny place on the ground floor. I think there should be no better service in exchange for the subscription and deposit fees you receive. The extra 1 star is meanwhile just because of the helpfulness of the employees.

Gaz aboneliğinin çok geç açıldığını belirtmek isterim. Yeni taşınan insanlar için 1 hafta uzun bir süre. Bu sürenin 2 güne düşürülmesi gerekir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yer çok küçük ama kapının önündeki 2 banka oturup beklenebiliyor. Personeller çok ilgililer, 5 yıldızın beşi de çalışanlara. Ama tabi ki ilçede 1 yer ve 3 personel ile bakmaya çalışırsanız işler yetişmez.
The place is very small but you can sit and wait on the 2 benches in front of the door. The staff are very caring, all 5 stars are for the employees. But of course, if you try to look after 1 place and 3 personnel in the district, things will not be enough.
