This place appears to belong to ASKI on the map. In fact, ASKI still makes it look like a branch on its official site. However, as I learned from the security guard working there, it has been used as the archive building of Başkent-gaz for ten years, and there is nowhere to get ASKI subscriptions in this area. If you are down, it is recommended to go directly to the Demet Evler branch.
