Başkale Belediyesinin hizmet yönüyle yetersiz kaldığı ilçeye girişte hemen farkedilmektedir. İlçenin sadece yollarına taş döşemekle hizmet verilmiş sayılamaz. Özellikle halkın önemsediği değerlerden bir yer olan mezarlığa dedemi ziyarete gittiğimde gerçekten bakımsızlığını görüp çok üzüldüm. Belediye bir an önce buraya el atmalı

Bölgede belediye eliyle çok sayıda konut yapımı tam ve uzun yıllar devamlı alt ve üst yapı çalışmaları yapılmalı. Sadece iki üç çöp toplamakla,10 yılda bir iki üç parke taşı döşemekle belediye olmaz.
Belediyeler şehir halkının yaşam kalitesini yükseltmek ve şehri çevre bölgeler için bir cazibe merkezi haline getirmekle de yükümlüdür. Ayrıca yeni istihdam olanakları oluşturmak, mevcut istihdam alanlarını destekleyip güçlendirmek ve tabikide en önemliside özel sektörü güçlendirip özel sektör kişilerini üretim yapmaya ve istihdam olanaklarını oluşturmaya yönlendirmeli güzel elbak hak ettiği yerlere gelebilmeli insanların kaçtığı bir yer değil insanların geldiği bir yer olmalı

Su sorunu demişken gerçekten baskalede bulunan hanelerin %80 i su hakkından mahrum musluklardan günde 2 saat akan çamurlu su ile hayatını sürdürmeye çalışmakta halbuki Başkalenin su bakimindan çok zengin olduğunu herkes bilir .
