Ancak günümüzdeki sosyal yapı ve sorumluluklar da bir hayli değişti. Bu durumda mirastan kıza bir pay, erkeğe iki pay uygulaması hala devam eder mi? Yoksa değişen sosyal yapıya, sorumluluklara göre herkes eşit pay mı almalıdır?
