It was very beautiful! And even cats were there!!! Very historical and you can kinda feel the atmosphere!!! Just don't go in the middle of the summer or something because the sun is always on the top of you!??

Very peaceful at 12pm on Sunday. Not very many people walking around the site. You can also walk to the castle through here but we didn't go as it didn't seem like much to see. You can easily socially distance due to how empty it is. Plus it has a nice view of the column.

Good interesting site, its info signs need renewing though. Also the stone path from the church to the castle has steps that are very easy to trip over in both directions, very dangerous, watch out!

Tomb of St John, leading upto castle. Impressive model depicting church. Information boards need replacing. Would be good if they made it safe to walk along the castle walls Nice views of Selcuk.

Great place full of history. It is great place to explore and checkout the ruins from 6th century. Signage in the area can be better. I personally enjoyed the walking around the entire complex, but if someone is short on time then you can pass.

Amazing history, although I recommend getting a tour guide or audio guide of some sort as the information boards are quite limited. Amazing views from the cafe and a short walk uphill to the citadel ? be careful about the heat, there aren't many places with shade.

Good place to visit, there are a lot of pieces of the original place on the ground. It's recommended to have additional information when visiting it, as the 90% is destroyed and there are only pieces here and there and it's hard to imagine how it was in the past. The ticket includes the castle and the basilic
