Servis danışmanı Engin beye ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum karşılamadaki güleryüzü olsun süreçteki bilgilendirmeleri olsun teslim aşamasına kadar araçla ilgili her detayla özel olarak ilgilendi 3 saatlik teslim süresi için ikame araç dahi teklif ettiler fiyatlarda diğer yetkili servislere göre çok daha uygun kısacası gönül rahatlığıyla aracınızı teslim ederek uygun fiyatlı ve kaliteli hizmet alabilirsiniz
I am getting service for the 2nd time, I left my vehicle for the original product assembly and part replacement from the warranty and I was very satisfied. Now, on 17.11.2021, I chose Başer Automotive again to have my vehicle serviced for the first year, I made the right decision. I would also like to thank Mr. Engin, the service consultant, for his friendly welcome, his briefing on the process, he took special care of every detail about the vehicle until the delivery stage. They even offered a replacement vehicle for a 3-hour delivery time. The prices are much more affordable than other authorized services. You can get quality service
