Doesn't even deserve one star. I ordered 1 cake. I stated that whether it is fruity or white on the outside, do not use chocolate or cocoa. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıllardır özel günlerimizde canımızın pasta istediğin de aldığımız sipariş yaş pasta siparişi verdiğimiz tek işletme idi fakat dün 04.03.2002 de sabah 10 11 arasında bir pasta aldık 115 tl ye ama verdiği tat 70 etmez böyle bir iğrenç tat ilk defa tattık içine ceviz atmiş sınız direk küf tadı bırakıyor insanın ağzında o üzerindeki karamel tarzı şey mahvetti pastayı o küf tadı saatler ce ağzınız da kalıyor başka şehirden gelen babama doğum günü sürprizi yaptık çöpe gitti para fiyat 2 katına çıkarken tadı nasıl böyle iğrenç bir hale geldi anlam veremiyorum tüm sürprizim ziyan oldu paramız da bildiğimiz yer dedik aldığımız hizmet te bakın hiç yakışmamış size

Şimdi haliyle işletme "artan girdi maliyetlerini" öne çıkaracaktır ancak bu, yaptırmak istediğimiz bir pasta için ana ürüne ödediğimiz ücrettir eyvallah . Fakat bunu göze alsak bile her süsleme her figür için ayrı ücret talebi maliyeti kat kat artırmakta ve bu firmayı günümüz koşullarında rakiplerinin gerisine düşürmektedir. Umarım rekabetçi bir fiyat skalası ile etiketleri müşteri lehine çevirirler az da olsa. ( Not : Tek yıldızı sadece fiyatlara verdim. Müşteri memnuniyeti, mağaza temizliği ve ürün lezzetleri 5 yıldız bana göre. )
The products are of good quality, but (!), this quality should never be at those prices. Now, the business will highlight "increased input costs", but this is the price we pay for the main product for a cake we want to have, thank you. However, even if we take this into consideration, the demand for a separate fee for each ornament and figure increases the cost many times and makes this company fall behind its competitors in today's conditions. I hope they turn the labels in favor of the customer with a competitive price scale, albeit a little. (Note: I gave one star only to the prices. Customer satisfaction, store cleanliness and product flavors are 5 stars in my opinion.)
