★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisikletime aksesuar almak için kapıdan içeriye girerken bisikletimin pedalı kaldırımdaki Arora marka motosikletlerden birini 2-3 mm çizdi. Ben hasarı makul bir şekilde tazmin etmek istediğimi söylememe rağmen kaporta parçasının orjinalinin fiyatını odememi istediler.
3 mm çizik için koskoca kaporta parçanın tamamını odettirdiler. Parcayi sipariş edip Parasını da peşin istediler. Ben de parasını ödeyip sökmelerini istedigim parçayı sokakta parçalayarak çöpe attım. Istesem pardon der para vermeden çeker giderdim. Iyi niyet gosterdim. Içime sinmedi bırakıp gitmek. Verdiğim parayı helal etmiyorum.
Sonuç; işyeri sahibinin esnaflligi sıfır. Güleryüz, anlayış yok. Paragöz. Müşteriye karşı saygısız. Para kaybetmektense guven kaybetmeyi tercih ediyor.
As I entered through the door to buy accessories for my bike, the pedal of my bike drew one of the Arora brand motorcycles on the pavement by 2-3 mm. They asked me to pay for the original body part, although I said I wanted to compensate for the damage reasonably.
They made the whole body part ripped for a 3 mm scratch. They ordered the piece and asked for the money in advance. I paid the part I wanted them to disassemble and threw it into the garbage. I would say sorry if I wanted and leave without paying. I showed goodwill. Let go of my heart. I do not halal the money I give.
Result; The workplace owner has zero trades. Smiling, no understanding. Stingy. Disrespectful to the customer. He prefers to lose trust rather than lose money.
