I got a price from him on February 23, 2022, we agreed. I made a down payment of 2500 liras to have the fabric I like brought, but it was recorded on the offer card as a labor fee. However, the armchairs and chairs were to be taken from my house on March 15, no labor had been started yet. The fabric arrived, I was going to pay an additional 2 thousand liras for the fabric in addition to the 2500 liras I paid. I stated that I would contact Mr. Arif and make the payment and that I wanted a total of 4500 Turkish Lira Collection Receipt in return for the down payment. He tried to convince me by saying that there was no need for a receipt, that it had already been processed on his offer card, and when I refused, he asked me to pay the clothier. All I wanted was to be given a legal document, anything can happen in life, I wouldn't have any proof if he transferred the shop or lost my bidding card. He stated that he would refund my money today and would not do the job of covering my sofa and chairs. He broke the deal. I don't understand why he refrained from issuing a collection receipt. His master's arrogant attitude is another matter. He told me that I wanted this receipt for who knows what purpose, that is, I had bad intentions. I hope I never cross paths with this company again.
