Cold brew güzel ve yumuşak içimli ama çok da farklı değil.
Starbucks ın rutinliğinden sıkılanlar için denemeye değer.
Çekirdek kahveler ise biraz fazla pahalı. Bir paket 250gr 45tl idi Ağustos 2018 itibariyle.
There is a marginal space design.
Cold brew is nice and soft, but not so different.
It is worth a try for those who are tired of Starbucks routine.
Coffee beans are a little too expensive. One package was 250gr 45tl as of August 2018.

I am a regular customer of other branches of Baristocrat, but Gaziemir is always ahead 1-0 with its friendly barista and the quality of its coffees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne kadar renkli bir mekan olduğunu baristanın saçlarından bile anlayabilirsiniz. Kahveleri çok kaliteli; çalışan güler yüzlü, samimi ve ilgili. Barista hanımın ellerine sağlık, İzmir'deki en iyi kahve deneyimimdi, teşekkürler.
You can even tell by the hair of the barista what a colorful place it is. Their coffee is very high quality; The employee is smiling, sincere and concerned. Well done to the barista lady, it was my best coffee experience in Izmir, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çekirdekleri çok iyi ama şube olarak diğerlerini tavsiye ederim. Cafe dekorasyon vs süper, geniş dinlenilesi bir yer. Bu şubenin baristalari her gittigimde farklı oluyo. En son aldığım latte çorba gibi servis edildiğinden kırdım puanı :(
Their seeds are very good, but I recommend the others as a branch. Cafe decoration etc. is a great place to rest. The baristas of this branch are different every time I go. The last latte I bought was served like soup, so I broke the score :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ düz filtre kahve 28tl, bizde alıyoruz aynı kaliteli çekirdekleri bunu öğütüp demlemek bu kadar pahalı olamaz, süt yok şurup yok hiçbir ekstra yok dümdüz çekirdek kahve bu kadar pahalı olamaz!!
plain filter coffee is 28tl, we buy the same quality beans, grinding it and brewing it can't be that expensive, no milk, no syrup, no extras, straight bean coffee can't be that expensive!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome coffee shop in a convenient location in Gaziemir. I had an excellent latte there. It has a nice, spacious interior with old industrial tools adding to the ambience. Ther are also nice desk chairs if you need to work on your computer there.
