Но это, к сожалению, не пятёрка: стаканчик для чая не был чистым, гёзлеме суховато, начинки мало — больше зелени, чем сыра.
 Friendly host, beautiful place, delicious tea.
But this, unfortunately, is not a five: the cup for tea was not clean, the gözleme was dry, there was not enough filling - more greens than cheese.
