Transportation by public transport almost no. Very common environment. There is no authority. At least it should be an auto appraisal environment.

I live in this neighborhood, they say that those who go to the car market until Sunday days are not good cars, but they are very expensive. They start on Sunday night and meet early. As far as I have not seen, many people are out of the market because vehicle owners or sellers do not put their vehicles inside.

This location is not a car market. Do not rely on this location. This is a normal market place. Here the car market is close and go to the other place that comes out in searches. Do not look at uploading pictures or something. Someone who came to buy a car thought the market in this location and chose the car market.
