Çalışanlar genel olarak sorunlu insanlardan seçilmiş ve benim düşüncem itibariyle bu fabrika Gebzedeki ana fabrikanın sürgün yeri olarak değerlendirilmiş. Çalışmaktan keyif aldığım bir yer diyemiycen. Çalışanlar psikolojik olarak dipte ve genel olarak yıldırılmaya çalışılıyor. It is a nice institution that pays well, with incompetent managers.
