★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yıllar itibari ile site içindeki ağaçlar epey büyümüş . Şehrin ortasında ama şehrin stresinden gürültüsünden uzak bir ortam sunuyor.
Over the years, the trees in the site have grown quite a bit. It offers an environment in the middle of the city but away from the stress and noise of the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doğu mahallesindeki 1. Kısımda çocukluğum geçti. O zamanlar büyük çoğunlukta İş Bankalilar vardı sonra kiraya verip gittiler. Evler gayet geniş ve planları çok güzel, 3 balkonludur. Önceden deniz manzaramız çok güzeldi ancak yeni yapılan yüksek binalar kapatmış. Çok yakınında yürüme mesafesine metro geldi. Sahile yürüyerek inilebilir, yolları çok güzeldir. Heryer gibi oranın da eski havası kalmadı tabi ki çocukluğumuzda site çok canlı şenlikti. Bisiklete biner, oyunlar oynardık akşama kadar. Şimdi çocuklar dışarda oynamayı pek tercih etmiyor site sessizlesmiş iyice. Tabi ki binalar eski, depreme dayanıklı mıdır sanmıyorum.
I passed my childhood in the 1st part in the east quarter. At that time, there were mostly İşbank people, then they rented it out and left. The houses are very large and have beautiful plans, with 3 balconies. Our sea view was beautiful before, but the newly built high-rise buildings were closed. The metro is within walking distance very close. You can walk down to the beach, the roads are very beautiful. Like everywhere else, the old atmosphere is gone, of course, in our childhood, the site was a very lively festival. We used to ride bikes and play games until the evening. Now the children do not prefer to play outside, the site has become quiet. Of course, the buildings are old, I don't think they are earthquake resistant.
