D	Demet Özen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021 Ağustos ayında koltuk takımı aldık,3 ay önce sipariş vermemize rağmen seçmiş olduğumuz renkler gelmedi,farklı renkte koltuklar geldi,itiraz edince müşteri temsilcisi çok çirkin şekilde konuştu,evde oturcak birşey olmadığı için koltukları geri göndermekle uğraşamadım çünkü yenisi en az 2 ay beklerdik.Bilginiz olsun tüketici hakları böyle durumlarda kesinlikle haklarınızı koruyor ve ürünü değiştirmek zorundalar.Kayacan mobilyayı asla tavsiye etmiyorum,sakın bulaşmayın.Satıncaya kadar herşey çok iyi çok ilgililer,ama satış sonrası hiçbir ricanızı yapmayacak kadar ilgisizler.koltukların altı o kadar kötü ki resmen suntalar açıkta çok özentisiz yapılmış.Kimseye önermiyorum.Lütfen dikkat edin.
