I had 2 balconies of my new house commissioned by this company upon the recommendation of the building contractor. I did not even need to be asked for my opinion by taking the blind size. Since the size they took on the kitchen balcony was also wrong, the joinery did not fit, anyway, the afghan Iranian workers who came here are also a problem on their own. They went back and forth many times in their dusty clothes between two balconies without the need to wear slippers or overshoes without asking for permission. They are doing so uninterested work that they cannot even think that the fixed glass that they drilled a chimney hole for the boiler may interfere with the opening. If you want to make any manufacturing, you will have to talk in detail with the knowledge as at least as the glass balcony master. Otherwise, they will say, "You did not tell us, we do not accept responsibility for any manufacturing errors that may occur".

They don't even have anything to do with the craftsmanship. They gave 20 days and came in 36 days. They didn't come, I try to go and talk to them. Moreover, the windows of the glass balcony they brought and installed are not properly installed, the windows make thumping noises when opening, they do not fit when closing, a lot of empty screw holes have been drilled on the profiles, and one of the plastic parts they put on the profiles is broken, one of them is broken, and they never installed it. I gathered the points of the missing profiles that meet the wall from the top, behind them, air enters from everywhere. I have referred to GOD, I don't even want them to come and fix it.

I had a glass balcony made in June, I was very pleased, I broke the sill while opening the mosque, we called the company, they came right away, although it was a user error, they did not charge any fee. Thank you very much. I strongly recommend the best quality company in Erzurum.

I just moved to Erzurum, the renovation works of the house were unfortunately very difficult, but the most wonderful tradesmen I encountered were the team of Balkoncum, they had to serve very late due to my workload, they worked with great devotion until midnight ???? Those who know know in Erzurum it is very difficult to run a master, or rather to bring it on the desired day!! Thank you very much to this wonderful team and our work schedule to the smiling lady ☺️
