I had a guest from Italy, we went to Alanya in Antalya and we booked this beautiful hotel and enjoyed our stay, the waiters are very friendly and with hospitality. I recommend here because, in the evenings you will enjoy belly life dance and morning meal included as well and yes free WiFi ?. It's 2 minutes from the beautiful beach. For your information, Balık means Fish ??

Not the best at all, don't pay over the odds cos you don't get much. The positives - great location, Reception staff friendly, rooms nice and clean. If you're British it's likely you won't get a great reception from the bar staff. The all inclusive finishes at 10pm. If you like to get a few drinks in, it won't happen here. Bar man extremely rude to everyone. Both him and his wife will film and take photos of you if you complain. They say you have too many drinks on the table. The food is extremely poor. Catered for a more European taste. Absolutely no chips. No one cream. Only one cake as a dessert. All food is recycled. The worst I saw of this was cooked liver for lunch then covered in mayonnaise and served cold as a salad that evening. Spag bol for lunch and then spaghetti added to salads and soup that evening. No toaster! Bread and butter for breakfast but u won't see the butter again. We paid so little for the all inclusive that I wouldn't dare complain. I got what I paid for. The pool is small but not very busy as the beach is literally across the road and is stunning. The sun vanishes just after lunch. You can use the pool in the hotel opposite. Two different couples demanded to be moved while u was there. The whole Alanya area is very friendly with the Russians and Europeans and the exchange boards don't even display the gap rate. Beautiful area. But wouldn't book the balik again.

The worst hotel ever....and the arrogant staff say we are the racists.... We booked in advance for a week. When we arrive, they speak English, explain what we can't do and ask to pay. They give us the key and say where to find the room...there ends the English.... Small rooms, with cleaning when they feel like it, changing towels...they take away the used ones and you can go and ask others at the reception. Asking for ice in the drinks...you get one cube if you are lucky, because they don't have a lot of ice....yeah right, not for us...Turkish and Russians get a glass full. All-in till 22 hrs, they stand there at the self service machines shouting "finish ! 10pm" yeah, right again...only for western-europeans. Food, if you are early at the buffet there is food ready, but then again, you have to like minced meat and guts.... when the food is done, you have to wait at least 20 minutes for them to bring another dish, and yes always the same...some kind of sausages, always the same... You can email them or send a message, while there to ask something....you see the've read it but... indeed no answers. If you ask something at the reception in English, they (pretend they) don't understand you and answer "go outside and ask there". At the end, when you write a review with the less positive points they just answer that it's Turkey and that racism is a disease.... I wrote them several messages to talk it out...indeed, no answer... Well... been to Turkey lots of times, even after this bad stay but never had such an experience !

The hotel it self is in good location beach is cross the road a bit dangerous for people hue don't know to swim and children , the service and food was poorly plus if u check out midday after they don't give you any food or drinks. We came as a family with children and our plane was late in the evening so we had to go out to eat they don't have room where u can keep your languages. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for family with children we been many times in Turkey in holiday but this was the worst time.

The food was okay, service is good and friendly, the near to beach is great. Bathrooms are not on the current standards, except the toilet in the lobby. It is loud but you have a good view to the mountains and to the beach. Very nice is the wind that comes from the sea and cooling you when you sitting outside next to the bar. I've expected more but for three stars in the land category it was absolutely ok. Think I'll come again :-)

Nice hotel near the beach. The rooms are very clean and decently comfortable. I recommend the higher floors because the hotel is by the street. The view from the highest floor is extraordinary. The food is decent. Lots of vegetables and not too much meat. The stuff is trying to be polite, but sometimes the language can be the barrier. They speak and understand just a basics from any foreign languages.
