Doktorluk kibri artık bir şekilde insanlarımız tarafından sineye çekiliyorken, kötü tavır/davranış, nezaket kuralları dışında bir üslup kabul edilemez. Yaptığınız meslek gereği insanlara detaylı açıklama da yapmalısınız, yardımcı da olmak zorundasınız. İlgisiz ve kaba tavır, mesai saatlerine riayet etmeme, çözüm odaklı olmama gibi durumlardan dolayı Dr.Ömür Önaçan'a ve temsil ettiği kuruma puanım 1.
Unfortunately, I changed my Family Doctor without reading the comments. I wish I had read the comments written for Dr. Ömür Önaçan before. While the arrogance of medicine is somehow drawn into by our people, bad attitude / behavior and a style other than the rules of courtesy cannot be accepted. You have to give detailed explanations to people due to your profession, and you have to help. My score to Dr. Ömür Önaçan and the institution he represents is 1 due to the indifferent and rude attitude, not obeying the working hours, not being solution-oriented.

Don't mind the negative comments, a wonderful physician and a wonderful team who listen patiently, care more about your health than you, and follow their patients sensitively at every stage of the treatment process.

"aşağı in o baksın." "başkası vermediyse ben de vermek zorunda değilim." gibi sözleriyle karşılaşmak istemiyorsanız aile hekimliğinizi buradan aldırmanızı tavsiye ederim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu sağlık ocakları denetleyen bir kurum, kuruluş yok mu. saat 14:00'da aşı randevusu aldım gittim alt kat boş üst katlardan 2. Kata çıktım kimseleri görmedim içeriye girdim. Bilgisayar başında bir kadın 10 dakikadır seslenmeme rağmen hiç ses vermemesine üstelik yüzüme bakmadan bana sokak ağzıyla ne var niye geldin gibi saçma sapan sorular sormaya başladı. Ben de müge hanımdan aşı randevusu aldığımi söyledim. Bekle dedi, bir kaç dakika beklettikten sonra burada aşı yapamiyoruz diyip hastaneye yönlendirdi.

Hemşire de hastalık farketmeksizin covid testi sorup hastaneye yolluyor. Zaten test için hastaneye gitsem sağlık ocağında ne işim olacak anlamış değilim. Anlayacağınız işi yokuşa sürüp hastayla ilgilenilmiyor. Zamanınız boşa gidiyor. Uzak da olsa başka bir sağlık ocağına başvurup ordan hizmet almayı düşünüyorum.
