★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tam anlamıyla rezalet 2 defa gittim. İlkinde sipariş almaları yarım saati buldu sipariş aldılar 20 25 dk sonra verdiğimiz siparişin kalmadığını söylediler. Başka sipariş verdik yine bi yarım saat bekledik ortalama bir yemeğin gelmesi 1,5 saat sürdü.
İkincisinde gittiğimizde 3 adet Ramazan menüsü hazırlamışlar çorba vs. Diğer isteklerimizin olmadığını söylediler. Sanki Ramazan menüsü yemek zorundaymışız gibi. Müdürlerini çağırdık o da zahmet edipte gelmedi yemek yemeden mekandan çıktık.
SADECE GÖRÜNÜŞ OLARAK İYİ FAKAT HİZMET AÇIŞINDAN BERBAT BİR YER…
Literally disgraceful I went twice. It took half an hour for them to take the order at the first time, they took the order, and after 20 25 minutes they said that the order we placed was not available. We placed another order and waited for another half hour, and it took 1.5 hours for an average meal to arrive.
The second time we went, they prepared 3 Ramadan menus, soup etc. They said we didn't have any other requests. As if we had to eat the Ramadan menu. We called their manager and he didn't even bother to come, we left the place without eating.
A PLACE JUST GOOD IN LOOK BUT AWFUL IN SERVICE…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 kişilik serpme kahvaltı alalım dedik azıcık birsey geldi neyse sağlık olsun hesap ödeyelim dedik 20 TL fark var. Yanımızda ki 3 yaşında çocuk için fark yazmışlar para önemli değil de kardeşim sen 2 kişilik kahvaltı bile vermemişsin çocuğa ne verdin. Böyle bir yer işte karar sizin. Erz da bundan vasatıni görmedim
We said we'd get a mixed breakfast for 2 people, a little something came, anyway, we said, let's pay the bill for good health. There is a difference of 20 TL. They wrote a difference for the 3-year-old boy next to us, money doesn't matter, but you didn't even give breakfast for 2 people, what did you give the child? A place like this is your decision. I haven't seen anything better than this in Erz.

Don't come during Ramadan, which is just beyond disgrace, but the main meal hasn't arrived even though half an hour has passed, places like this really test your patience in Ramadan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pideleri beğendim, özellikle de Samsun Bafra pidesini. Erzurum kuymagi da lezzetliydi. Fiyat performans açısından iyi bir mekan.
I liked the pitas, especially the Samsun Bafra pita. Erzurum kuymagi was also delicious. It's a good place for the price.
