Be careful if you go there... They wil tell you story of your health problems and bla bla lot of stupidity ... And charge you extra 100eur...to much people inside... Like bus station... Money for nothing...

For the first time,it was unpleasent experience,and i wil never go again,because the personal who give us the masage was veryyyy brutal and he told me i have very bad problems and try to scared me,just for paying more many for more masage extra and made me feel unconfortable when i refused.

In the middle of the massage, someone came and told me that I have severe problems with my back and they recommended me extra therapeutic massage. I did not accept. At the end, I found out that they told this to many other persons from our group.

Basically all the negative reviews here accurately represent the truth. It might be OK for initial $20, but don't ever pay for extra services - absolute ripoff.

The only good part was the massage. You are rushed thru the other processes.. the VIP room is horrible - jacuzzi is dirty and the water is cold. You can stay there only about 30 minutes.. at least you get some sauna. You get only a small glass of juice or tea for the huge amount that you pay!!! (Paid around 400 euro for 2 persons). They DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! (Luckily my girlfriend could spoke in russian with the "guide"). Also, our so called guide was looking forward to get us out of there, she even called my name in the man's dressing room in order for me to hurry!!! Very expensive, when they massage you they "find" some things that they need to be fix on your body so they charge more and more! You need to be careful.

Nice place to visit and relax. Guys in hamam make a really good show and it is worth 20$. And as for me other extras cost to much.

We went there based on our guide recommandation (Calypso company) but came back very disapointed. We were promissed such a good service with all kinds of procedures that will enhance our phsyical health and give some relief with back pain but it was quite the oposite. From the arriving at 'the spa' they tried to make us buy extra services and even if i told there's no need the lady insisted a few times and seeing her expression felt ofended in the end. Everything goes pretty fast, so you don't really have the impression that you can take the time to really enjoy the experience, but the worst part i would say is the massage. The lady that took care of me, was distracted 3 or 4 time during the 30 min massage.. leaving at the front desk to fix God knows what, and when comming back, starts to make jokes and whispers/laughing with her collegue.. during all the session the door remains open so you can hear everything going on the hallway (you can even hear the other people 'slaps') i mean there's no intimacy at all. As for my wife, she was told that her back was such a mess that if she doesn't do some sort of procedure she will be in tremendous pain in a few months and started to bargain over a specific massage (for extra fees of course, and we're talking about an 100$ extra), when they saw she wasn't really interested in they proposal, the lady tried to convince her that she could make her an offert by lowering the price by 50%.. Overall the place was also pretty messy and stinky, so it doesn't inspire confidence (go and see for yourself). As a conclusion, I do not recommand this place... you'll be disapointed 100%
