★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durumcu olarak sogan vesaire ile lezzetli olabilir ama adananin etinde degisik bir tat var. Iki uc defa kiyma makinesinde geçirilmiş, kofte harci yada kivam arttirici birsey eklenmis. Adananin tel tel dagilmasi gerekirken catalla bile kopmuyor. Fiyatlari da ortalamanin uzerinde.
As a situationist, it may be delicious with onions and so on, but the meat of the devotee has a different taste. It was passed through a meat grinder two or three times, and meatball mortar or something thickening was added. Even though Adana is supposed to be dispersed, it does not break even with a fork. The well-made comments have nothing to do with it from afar. There is more salad than meat and the taste is terrible. I do not recommend it.
