They accepted the product they weren't interested in saying normal from the other Apple service and sent it for review. The product came with a new one.

Sonrasında Başarı Apple servisine başvurdum. Servisler Apple hangi politikayı uyguluyorsa onu söylüyor evet, önemli olan bunu müşteriye doğru iletişimle aktarabilmek. Benimle ilgilenen Hilal Hanım başta olmak üzere gerekli işlemleri yaptıkları için teşekkür ederim. Başlangıçta garantili kulaklığımı tamir edemeyeceklerini/ yenisi ile değiştiremeyeceklerini düzgünce açıkladılar. Sonrasında kendi tasarrufumla ayrıntılı şekilde Tüketici Hakem Heyeti’ne başvurdum ve 2 hafta gibi kısa süre içerisinde müşteri memnuniyeti açısından Apple İrlanda tarafından arandım ve yeni kulaklığımı teslim aldım. :) Kimsede hakkınızı bırakmayın arkadaşlar, üstelik haklı olduğunuzu biliyorsanız. Yine söylüyorum, insanları muhattap alarak açıklama yapmanız ve nezaketiniz için teşekkürler. Herhangi bir sorunda Samsun’da tercih edeceğim servistir. Afterwards, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee in detail at my own expense and in a short time like 2 weeks, I was called by Apple Ireland in terms of customer satisfaction and I received my new headset. :) Do not give up your rights to anyone, friends, if you know that you are right. Again, I would like to say, thank you for your explanation and kindness by addressing people. It is the service I would prefer in Samsun for any problem.
