★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alacağımız koltuğu satarken özellikle kumaşın ne olduğunu sorduk. Gittiler öğrendiler fabrikasından %100 polyester yazmaları gerektiğini söylediler. Çünkü leke tutmaz bi kumaş olduğunu böyle ifade edebiliyolarmış ama aslında kumaş pamukmuş. Kullanmaya başladıktan sonra farkettik ki oturduğumuz anda elektriklenip çarpmaya başlıyor, koltuktan kalkıp evde nereye dokunsak çarpıyor. Ayrıca leke de tutuyor. Satana kadar bir sürü yalan, satış sonrasında müşteri desteği yok. Ama fiyat koymaya gelince anlamsız şekilde aşırı pahalı. Sakın bişey almayın üzülürsünüz.

Müşteri hizmetleriçok zayıf. Zamanında fiyat verme konusunda da sıkıntılı bir firma. Biz size dönüş yaparız deyip aylarca bekletildim, bir kaç ay sonra yeniden aramak zorunda kaldım.
They said that they can produce at least 10 sofas we want. I can't put 10 of the same sofa in my house. Then write this in your product introduction and catalogs. Customer service is very poor.
