G	Gülsüm Basut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ B-Fit İstanbul Pendik şubesinde reformer (aletli pilates) kayıt oldum. Kayıt olurken her şeyi çok pozitif anlattılar. Seanslara toplu ücret aldıklarını ama aletli pilates olduğu için özel grup dersi olduğundan dolayı paket olmadığını her seansın ayrı fiyatlandığını vs... Söylediler. Ben kayıt yaptırdım 24 seans aldım ama yaklaşık olarak yarısına gidebildim. Spor el bileğimde ki rahatsızlığı ve diz meniskusumu tetikledi bu yüzden doktorum sporu yasakladı. Bende önce şube ile konuştum oradaki bayan bana para iadesi olduğunu rapor getirilmesi gerektiğini söyledi sonra lafı değiştirip aletli pilateste iade yok dedi. Bende genel merkezdeki bayanla konuştum kendisi bana şube kesinlikle iadenizi yapmak zorunda dedi. Özel hastanede tedavi gördüğüm doktorumdan muayene ücretini gayet tuzlu ödeyerek rapor aldım. Raporu götürdüğümde bölge sorumlusu elif hanım bana iadeniz yapılamaz ben B-Fit paketi aldınız zannettim diyerek lafı ters cevirdi. Yani kısacası şube ile genel merkezin bir uyumu yok. Uyduruk bir sözleşme imzalatıp elinizi kolunuzu bağlıyorlar. Kayıt olurken ölseniz bile ücret iadenizi veremeyiz demiyorlar. (Ayrıca kaç seans gelmişim onun sayısını bile belirleyemediler) Hastalık durumunda gereken yapılır deniyor ama şubede sabit bir eleman olmadığı için olan elemanlarda sizin lafınızı evirip çevirip sizi yalancı durumuna düşürdüğü için kesinlikle bu şube ve kurumla yola çıkmayın diyorum. B-Fit ana merkezinin gerekli yaptırımları uygulamasını talep ediyorum aksi takdirde bu anlayış ve personel ile bu firmanın adı daha çok lekelenecektir. B-Fit Istanbul Pendik branch of the reformer (instrumental pilates) was registered. They were very positive when registering. Before I spoke with the branch, the lady there told me that the money was refunded, she said, and then changed her words and returned no to instrumental pilatest. I talked to the lady at the headquarters and she said to me that the branch definitely has to make a refund. I received treatment from a doctor in a private hospital and paid a fine salary. When I took the report, elif lady of the region couldn't give me a refund, but I said I thought you got the B-Fit package. So in short, the branch does not have a harmony with the headquarters. They're signing a petty contract and tying up your hand. They don't say we can't give you a refund if you die. Do not go to a gym that inflicts violence on its own trainers, while prices should remain constant, according to the person's type and salary, it is definitely not a legal place. Beni eve yolladılar, bir taksi bile çağıralım demediler. 4 yıldır bileğimi çekiyorum. Kimsenin başına ne geldi umursamıyorlar. Ben olsam hastaneye bile götürürdüm. Önermiyorum. I had to edit the review. I fell in the bfit wheel, they didn't care at all. They sent me home, they didn't even say to call a taxi. I've been pulling my ankle for 4 years. They don't care what happened to anyone. I would take him to the hospital if it were me. I do not recommend.
