★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankara Mamak Başak mahallesi Özalp caddesi No 31/A adresinde bulunan B&A collection mağazasından 08.03.2021 tarihinde almış olduğum ürünü 10.03.2021 tarihinde iade edemedim. 'Değişim dahi normalde yokmuş ama biz tüketiciler mağdur olmayalım diye değişimde yardımcı olmaktalarmış'... Kaçıncı ? yıl da yaşıyoruz ben anlamadım. Etiketi üzerinde nakit ödeme ile alınmış bir ürün. Sözüm o ki ihtiyacım olmayan farklı bir ürünü almak zorunda bıraktılar. Sesimin ilgili yerlere ulaşacağını umut ediyorum...
On 10.03.2021, I could not return the product I bought from B&A collection store located at Ankara Mamak Başak neighborhood Özalp Caddesi No 31 / A on 08.03.2021. "Even change does not exist normally, but we consumers are helping change so that we do not become victims" ... We live in Few years, I did not understand. A product bought with cash payment on the label. I suppose they had to buy a different product that I didn't need. I hope my voice will reach the relevant places ...
