Food was below average, staff members don’t speak english that includes employees working in guest relations!!!! In general staff were impolite and not helpful. Ibrahim and the young bartender working at beach bar were great, other employees were terrible. The choice of music and entertainment was embarrassing. The hotel and the rooms were clean but there also ugly. Spa and the indoor pool are great. I do not recommend this hotel, really a below average experience.

Everything was amazing, perfect, except for the Spa (you will read later on). The reception greeting was perfect, everybody from the waiters to the bartenders, to the cleaning ladies, to the cooking staff etc were kind and warm, always willing to help, always asking if everything is good and if your vacation is well. Even the people who owned shops on the floor with the restaurant were the same, I am talking about the guy who owns the clothes shop who was cheerful and kind and his prices were good, not trying to scam us. The couple who owned the bags and belts and wallets shop were also kind and nice and also didnt try to scam us. The guy who owns the shop with souvenirs drinks etc also was kind and nice. The guys from the spa, totally different story, they were all so shady and weird, the prices were being made up depending on what they think about you, they were really trying to scam all of the customers, I do not recommend you to visit the hotel spa, that was the only downside. The food from the restaurant was great, tasty, good looking, also the food and service from the A la Carte Restaurant was amazing, I trully recommend you to try the A la Carte experience because it is worth it (if you stay 7 or more days in the hotel, the first visit to the A la Carte restaurant is free so check it out). The hotel was extremely clean and good loking, the room in which we stayed was cleaned everyday and reffiled with clean towels, water, sodas, toilet paper etc. The pool area as well was very cleaned and nice and also the beach area was the same, very clean and very nice. All of the bars were great, the drinks were nice, cold, just right. The pier was amazing, just beautiful, like in the photos. The club nights were also great. The entertainment team was full of energy everyday and were encouraging people to join the activities and to have fun. Overall, the experience was totally worth it, I trully recommend you to visit this hotel for a holiday

It was amazing. I came here with my family (5 people). We were surprised about how good it was. You get everything you pay for. Literally everything. The rooms are really clean, the food’s really good and the water is amazing as well. The atmosphere was spectacular, the design of the whole hotel was beautiful. We had enough room as well. It looks better in real life than in the trailer. Definitely recommend it, 5 Stars, no question.

Went on a vacation with my family, I’m still currently at the resort for a few more days. First I wanna note my biggest issues with the hotel resort. The bathrooms are atrocious. We rented out two rooms since our family is big, but both bathrooms absolutely REEK. We made numerous complaints but the problem has yet to be resolved. I can’t even stomach going in to brush my teeth, it genuinely takes everything in me to build the courage to open the door and take care of my basic hygiene needs — it’s that bad. A maid is supposed to come in daily to clean the rooms but every day I see the same issues. The sink looks foggy, there’s hair filling the shower drain, and the bathroom continues to smell horrendous. This problem occurs in both rooms my family rented out. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the plumbing or what but it’s definitely soured my experience. Second, there’s a wide selection of food offered at the buffet and this could just be me and my family, but everything either tastes too bland or too salty. It all tastes like airplane food, except for the French fries and hamburgers they serve near the beach; that’s what I’ve been living off during my stay. Lastly, the elevators are the worst. There are three elevators however one is almost always closed for repairs, and the others are extremely slow and don’t have air conditioning. I’m staying on the sixth floor so sometimes taking the stairs up to my room just wasn’t an option. However, the elevators take so bloody long to arrive that I cave in and force myself to climb up six floors. When the elevator does arrive on time, five other people are crammed in and the elevator moves incredibly slow. I’m telling you, when you’re in a confined space with several other people with no AC, it’s brutal. Besides those, the staff is very friendly and the entertainers do a great job at building a fun atmosphere for people of all ages to enjoy games, join dance contests, or just to make friendly conversation. The front service people have been very patient and kind as well (besides with the issue regarding our bathrooms) but overall I think they do their best to ensure a pleasant experience. The resort is nice too, I wish there were more activities or different areas to relax and take pictures but for what it is the resort itself is beautiful

I really enjoyed my vacation here. Almost everyone of the hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Food was really tasty but some of the meals weren’t as hot as they were supposed to be but that wasn’t a big problem for me. I also enjoyed the spa, they have different varieties of packages you can choose, I chose the most common one but I enjoyed it and I think it was worth the price. Whole hotel is really clean and frequently disinfected during pandemics. This is an appropriate place for families with children so as for adults. I really recommend it to everyone:))

The hotel staff (exept Zeynep Aksoy), rooms and service was fine. However, at the end it was a nightmare with Jolly Turizm service which provides service to the airport from hotel. Zeynep Aksoy who represents Jolly Turizm at the hotel asked copies of our tickets and arranged a bus to the airport. Our flight was at 6 pm, but we were still on the way to the airport at 5:26 pm. We asked the bus driver that how far we are to the airport, the bus driver says we had still 30 km ahead. We contacted with Zeynep Aksoy who organized our shuttle and she says we will be met by Jolly Turizm representatives at the airport and they will take care about us. Unfortunately, nobody met us at the Antalya airport, The bus driver left outside and left, we were not able to find any representative at the airport. We were late, check-in was closed. The worst thing, we had to change our flight to Canada at the Istanbul airport. The hotel should stop working with Jolly Turizm, they are deceivers! They don’t care about your flight, after they charged you.

Our experience here was amazing: great staff, friendly, helpful and very punctual. Rooms are very clean and sea view is amazing. I would definitely visit here again.

Hotel overall was good, but nothing special. Cleanliness is on a high level, rooms were cleaned every day. Beach was great with enough sunbeds for everyone, shower and beach bar are available directly on the beach. Problems start with the food. Breakfast and lunch were great, no problem. Beach snack bar was understaffed and lacked variety of warm and cold foods along with fruit and vegetables (non-existent). Beach snack bar was open until 16:00 but on most days they ran out of food (kebab, French fries) around 15:15 and it was always wait 10 minutes, wait 15 minutes for new batch, that did no arrive. Dinner was also problematic. Dinner time was until 21:00 and some food options were not available after 19:30 because they did not refill the empty trays or they just replaced it with generic types (French fries, plain rice, etc.). Staff around the hotel were nice, except people in the dining hall who would take your plate from the table while you were still eating. We took food to our table, eat something and went to get drinks. We were away exactly 35 seconds and they cleaned our table and took away our food. This happened at every single meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I liked the stay here, but would not return for a second time.
