We stayed for 1 night on our honeymoon last year, and 2 nights this year. The sea is small pebbles but very clear, it is one of the rare places with this clarity that can be entered from the shore. It is normal to have chestnuts in the sea region by region, it is not the fault of this business. It will not be a problem if you enter with sea shoes or if you swim instead of walking on water. It's like you're swimming in an aquarium, you're swimming with fish. The breakfast is very good, as I, who has the potential to eat unlimited breakfast, was sad to leave food on the plate. After looking for a fault, of course, it can be found, but if you look at it differently, you can also realize that there is a taste and quality in the hotel. The lady who runs it and the employees are also very high quality and interested. Selimiye is not a cheap place in general. I recommend it if you want to have a quiet, peaceful, sea vacation.

About 1 week ago, I stayed for 3 nights with my wife and two children. From the very first moment, we were greeted very well by Ms. Hülya and the employees Ms. Aysun, Mr. Sadik, Mr. Fatih. It's a small hotel. There are about 6 rooms. We stayed in the downstairs suite. It was a large enough room. Cleaning was very important to us, especially during the pandemic period. Our expectations in this regard were more than met. The sea is only 5 steps away. They have their own sun loungers. And if the hotel is full, they do not accept customers from outside. The sea doesn't get deep right away. So it is ideal for those with small children. Since the sea floor and the beach are made of small pebbles, sea shoes will be good especially for the little ones. One advantage of being a stone is that the sea is very clean... The prices may seem a little high for places other than the holiday resort, but this year everywhere and everything is expensive. Considering that a portion of mantı in Selimiye is 45 TL and a ball of ice cream is 10 TL, the food and beverage prices in the hotel are average (in Selimiye specific). I don't think anyone who goes will regret it.
