N	Nazli Mohajeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رفتار تور لیدر ها بسیار نامناسب بود، طوری با مسافران رفتار میکردند که انگار هیچ کس تا آن زمان میافرت خارج نرفته است. اصلا برای وقت ارزش قائل نبودند، برای خرید از مغازه ای که پورسانت میگرفتند یک ساعت مانده به پرواز مسافرها رو به فرودگاه بردند، در گرفتن اتاق و یا تعویض اصلا همکاری نکردند و فقط به فکر فروش تورهای گردشی هستن، بدتر از همه لیدری که علائم کرونا داشت رو همراه مسافرها فرستاده بودند، در کل بسیار بسیار ضعیف The behavior of the tour leaders was very inappropriate, they treated the passengers as if no one had left until then. s	sia999us on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ واقعا متاسفم برای لیدرهای این شرکت مخصوصا خانم فرناز که حدود یک ماه پیش لیدر ما تو هتل تایتانیک بلک بودن.اول اینکه در بدو ورود به هتل با وجود اینکه خود هتل دارای چندتا لابی مخصوص مسافرهای ورودی با انواع پذیرایی هست ولی گروه ما رو راهنمایی کردن به یک اتاقی تنگ و تاریک که بیشتر به اتاق جلسه میخورد که برگه های چک این رو پر کنیم.تا زمانی هم که حس میکرد میخوایم ازش تور بخریم احترام میذاشت ولی روزهای آخر اصلا حتی ساعت برگشت رو هم بهمون نگفت.زمان برگشت هم کلی با عجله مارو یک ساعت زودتر از معمول سوار کردن که متوجه شدیم با کلی خستگی آوردنمون یه بازارچه که باهاش قرارداد دارن.در کل من یکی که دیگه عمرا با پرواز سان اکسپرس و این شرکت برم I am really sorry for the leaders of this company, especially Ms. Farnaz, who was our leader at the Titanic Black Hotel about a month ago. During the rafting a bottle of water would cost $2.00. The Turkish bath and spa was a total joke for a message lasting 15 minutes and try to sell you more expensive massage, amazing she gave a diagnosis of toxic chemicals on the left side of my back and she would be able to get rid of after a more expensive massage. The whole thing smells fishy and a scam. ا

Their behavior was very inappropriate .They did not value time at all, they went us to the airport 4 hours before the flight to buy from the shop where they were receiving commissions while they didn’t inform us about this mandatory shopping! If they told me I would go to the airport by taxi because I had a lot of shopping at free shops I think you should change them if you want to be successful in the future

They think of us like a bag of money and try to grab money in anyways they could Specially ms Sanaz Behdar. They tried to make a profit in every; PCR test, Taxi, tours, and even bus ticket. We are so happy to realized this in the early stages of our trip and we didn’t give them a penny, but if you are traveling to Turkey run from this tour and Enjoy your journey.
