Small rooms and bed, not very clean, in the center, breakfast was poor!

The rooms might be a little small but they are clean. Good location and affordable.

Stayed there for one day/ night 24 hours. The morning manager / receptionist was not a very welcoming person however rest of the hotel staff was very helpful and hospitable. The night receptionist was a nice person as well but none of them spoke English. Outside it was -14 at night and -8 celsius at day but they did not turn on the combi boiler of the hotel (probably just to avoid the gas bill) so it was not comfortable in the room as it felt too cold. I complained about it a couple of times and finally the house keeping staff brought me a remote for the air conditioner near late night which partially tried to warm the room however it did not fully succeed making me feel cold whole night long. The main preference of the hotel must be the atmosphere and the comfort given to the guests which obviously in such extreme climate, must be rated according to the temperature inside the room and operational heating/cooling devices. The staff brought me a couple of water bottles free of coat as well as 6 teabags, creamer coffee sachet, sugar and a cup where as an electric kettle was already available in the room. Hot water was available in the bathroom. Breakfast was good. Specially the bread was 5 minutes fresh (brought direct from the oven). Furniture, bedsheets, toiletries were available. Elevator was working fine.

Spent one night here in January and it was quite cold. We arrived at evening and expected to have a warm room once we arrived but the AC wasn’t working. Luckily the heater works fine. The room was okay, but we smelled cigarettes on the blanket. Everything’s clean, the view is nice, the service & elevator also okay. The hotel location is great too.
