To be honest, I didn't understand what was going on here. When we approached, the cast-iron gate was closed. Half an hour later, returning, we saw that the gates had been opened for the local visitors and they were allowed in for viewing. It's a shame. We felt like second class. In general, the building was not impressed from the outside - a remake. We weren't inside - everything was bolted. Historical value at the level of the skirting board.

Mustafa Pasha district has undergone a complete restoration. This open-air museum is also under restoration. That's why it's closed for now. Very clean and well preserved. I'm sure it's great inside. Of course, it made me sad that I couldn't go inside and see it, but it will be a great place after it's finished. At least, it is hopeful that this place will be embraced and even started to be built. There are many beautiful places to walk around. I expect this place to be finished and brought into tourism as soon as possible.

St. Nicholas Monastery, one of the religious rituals and pilgrimage centers of the town of St. Nicholas Monastery, which is located in the immediate vicinity of Mustafapaşa and deeply affected the life of the settlement in the 19th century, had an important place in the social life of the people of Sinasos. In an archive record of the Center for Studies in Asia Minor (KAAM) in Greece, we had another church for the monastery besides the "Lower" and "Upper" churches, the Aya Nikolas monastery. In our time it was no longer a monastery, of course, it was a country church. However, we continued to call it a monastery because it had a 'tros' (shelter carved into the rock) in the village with the fields it cultivated and where it hosted the strangers and the poor, and kept the door of the church carved into the rock open to all guests day and night. It was in the southeast direction, two or three kilometers from the center of the village. It was a completely rocky area filled with conical rocks big and small. It was surrounded by wet fields, vineyards and gardens. Apart from these lands, the monastery also had real estate in the village. The conical rocks in the Ay Nikola Monastery and its grounds were as follows: Aya Nikola rock with a base of 7-8 meters wide, 14-15 meters long, 30-40 meters high and standing alone. This was the first rock that visitors to the area encountered. In the monastery, there was an icon of St. Nicholas, which was given as a gift by the shopkeepers of the grocers in 1775. We used to light candles for Ay Nikola and Ay Mina to protect our relatives who went abroad to Istanbul, and we brought them to Greece with us. During this long journey from Anatolia to Greece, the icon was damaged. We hung it on the Ay Nikola church, which we restored and built with the financial support of Niko Baiani…” (Axe (ed.), 2005, p. 78- 86.) As in many Orthodox Greek communities, each saint has a separate identity and miracle in Mustafapaşa. .
