A cafe built on a large area on the hill. It has open-air tables, and closed sections. I think celebrations are also held here. It is okay with the tea, but the coffee is good. I think it is the most preferred reason to be cool in the summer months. It is a nice, well thought-out place for a small town. If your way falls, I say definitely stop by
