On 8 July my wife likes a small renovation. Tailor is leaving the product after approval of the modification. When I went to buy on July 9 my wife is not reached by phone and the product is said to be sold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu mağazadan çok fazla alışveriş yapıyordum özellikle ayakkabı ancak kullanmadığım bir ürünü değişime 9. gün getirmeme rağmen değişim yapamayacaklarını, değişim sürelerinin 7 gün olduğunu söylediler. 14 gün hakkım olduğunu söyledim ısrarla değişim yapmayacaklarını söylediler. O gün bu gündür hiç bir şekilde alışveriş yapmıyorum.
I was doing a lot of shopping from this store, especially shoes, but I do not use a product 9 days to change, although I can not change, they said the change period is 7 days. I told him I had a right to 14 days and they insisted they wouldn't make a change. I haven't been shopping any day since that day.

Employees who roll over a thousand while buying products do not even look at your face while making changes. When it comes to return and change, they trip. They are also unaware that they have to receive an unconditional return within 15 days due to consumer rights.
